I have always been a mystic at heart, and I have been deeply drawn to explore and navigate the sacred landscapes of the soul, spirit, and the body, with their unifying principles. The profound writings of the Theosophical Society fed my hunger for the esoteric and became a firm foundation of wisdom and knowledge. Later I was deeply called to the teachings of Hebrew, Kabbalistic and Sufi mysticism. The interweaving of these teachings, and practices has become my medicine, with the Voice at the centre of it all.
For many years these particular pathways of ancient wisdom beckoned with rhythm, sound, song, movement, and mystical texts. I reconnected to sacred instruments such as the frame drum, sistrum, and flute. They became more than instruments to be played, they revealed pathways for sonic soul retrieval and remembrance. The voice invokes the numinous through songs, chants, through words that emit light, initiating healing through resonance, catalysing remembrance of the souls calling.
I have over thirty years of experience in teaching and sharing a wide range of healing modalities. Over the years, I have felt the calling to embody my own voice more intimately. I have consolidated my practices and curated a blend of the most valuable teachings and offerings in order to help meet the challenges of the current times we live in. Each offering becomes an invitation to a threshold, from which new growth may spring.
